Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified. The balance payment must be received at least 30 days before the tour commencement date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 15% of tour cost
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
• Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of tour cost

3. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to adhere to the published itinerary, PRIMASURO REISEN reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided where possible.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other potential risks. PRIMASURO REISEN is not responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances not covered by insurance.

5. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and have received all recommended vaccinations. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

6. Liability

PRIMASURO REISEN acts as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by these third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid by the traveler.

7. Passport and Visa

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. PRIMASURO REISEN can provide guidance but is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete documentation.

8. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices are based on costs, exchange rates, and taxes applicable at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices if these factors change significantly.

9. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your guide or contact our office immediately so we can address the issue. Complaints made after the tour may be harder to investigate and resolve.

10. Force Majeure

PRIMASURO REISEN is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable alternative arrangements.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
